OLBR will be closed when it is announced on the radio and/or television that "BUFFALO PUBLIC AND CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS" are closed. If we close separate from other schools, it will be announced that "Our Lady of Black Rock School" is closed. As long as school is open, the Boys and Girls Club will be open to provided after school care regardless of the weather.
